Discord

Post events into a Discord channel via a webhook. Connected with your own key — encrypted, server-side only, never exposed to the browser.

What you can build

Post new orders into our Discord #shop channel
Announce every new community member on Discord
Send a rich embed to Discord when a build finishes

Prompts like these, typed into opix, produce working Discord features.

Connect it in three steps

01

Create the key

Generate an API key in your Discord account — the link below takes you to the exact page.

02

Paste it in opix

Open your project → Connectors, paste the key. It's stored encrypted and injected server-side; even you only see the last four characters afterwards.

03

Prompt what you want

Describe the feature in chat — opix writes the Discord code with honest fallbacks built in.

Keys & setup

Environment variableRequired
DISCORD_WEBHOOK_URLYes

In Discord: channel → Edit channel → Integrations → Webhooks → New webhook, then copy the webhook URL. Deleting the webhook in Discord revokes it.

Honest by default

Apps built with opix never pretend. Without the webhook URL, the primary action still completes and persists; the Discord post is skipped with an admin-only hint.
