Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of opix (the “Service”), operated by Fabiano Frascati (sole proprietorship), Auf der Wacht 18, 4104 Oberwil BL, Switzerland (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

opix is an AI tool that generates web applications from your instructions, runs them in a preview environment, and lets you publish and export them. Generated output depends on AI models and may contain errors, so you are responsible for reviewing anything you ship.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace.
• You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country.

3. Ownership of what you build

You own the code opix generates for you and any content you provide, subject to third-party rights in the underlying AI models. We retain a limited licence to host, display and execute your projects solely to provide the Service. You may export or eject your code at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use opix to create, host or distribute:

• phishing pages, brand or login impersonation, or credential harvesting;
• malware, wallet drainers, or other malicious code;
• content that is illegal, infringing, or violates others’ rights.

We run automated moderation and may scan, unpublish, suspend or terminate projects or accounts that breach this section, without refund.

5. Credits & billing

• Building consumes credits. New accounts receive one-time welcome credits; paid plans refresh monthly and one-time credit packs do not expire.
• Automated fixes and failed generations do not consume credits.
• Paid plans renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Cancellation & Refunds page.
• We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

6. Third-party services

opix relies on providers including AI model gateways, cloud infrastructure, and payment processing. Your use may be subject to their terms, and their availability affects the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using opix at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You can export your projects before termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with the courts of Basel-Landschaft having jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
