Cancellation & Refunds

This page explains how to cancel a paid plan, what happens to your credits, and the refund and right-of-withdrawal rules that apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

The $1 trial

• The $1 trial is a Pro subscription with a 14-day trial period. You pay $1 once at checkout and receive a fixed allotment of trial credits that expire when the trial ends. One trial per workspace.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to the paid Pro plan at the price shown at checkout, billed to your card on file. We send you a reminder email a few days before the first charge.
• You can cancel the trial any time under Settings, Usage & billing — one click, no email needed. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged again; the $1 is not refunded.

Cancelling a subscription

• You can cancel any time from your account under Settings, Usage & billing. No email or phone call is required.
• After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. You are not billed again after that.
• When the paid period ends your workspace continues on the free tier. Your projects and published apps stay in place.

What happens to credits

• Monthly plan credits reset each billing period and do not carry over. Unused plan credits are not refunded when you cancel.
• One-time credit packs and AI credit packs do not expire and remain available on your workspace after you cancel a subscription.
• Failed builds and automated fixes never consume credits.

Refunds

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each period and are non-refundable for the current period, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, because the credits are made available immediately. If you were charged in error or something went materially wrong, write to us and we will make it right.

EU / EEA consumers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services. Because opix is a digital service that starts immediately, when you begin using a paid plan (for example by running a build) you expressly request that we start performance at once and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun. If you have a paid plan but have not yet used it, you can still withdraw within 14 days for a full refund by contacting us.

Switzerland

Swiss law does not provide a statutory cooling-off period for online digital services. The cancellation and refund terms above apply.
