Can I get shadcn-style components from opix?+
opix generates its own design system per app with Tailwind, and you can describe any component style you want. After export it’s a normal Next.js repo — add shadcn/ui or any library the usual way.
Which is cheaper?+
For occasional UI work, v0’s free tier plus rollover credits is hard to beat. For building and iterating on a product, opix’s $0-failure policy, never-expiring packs and spend caps usually matter more than the sticker. Run your real workload on both free tiers and compare the meters.
Do I need a Vercel account to use opix?+

There’s no automated import. The practical path is to export your v0 code to GitHub and hand it to a developer, or rebuild in opix from screenshots and a description — usually quick, and you gain the database, auth and metering in the process.
